Within the Research and Innovation Department, you will contribute to the development of CESI's European research and innovation strategy. As the key coordinator of European programs, you will support researchers in securing new funding, develop strategic partnerships, and oversee the monitoring of funded projects.
In a context of strong European ambition, you also play a key role in obtaining and maintaining the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) label, a guarantee of excellence in human resources management practices in research.
Your daily tasks:
Develop the activity of European research programs
Actively monitor European funding opportunities (Horizon Europe, Structural Funds, innovation programs, etc.).
Identify new partnership and funding opportunities for research and innovation activities.
Participate in national and European networking events to promote CESI's expertise.
Develop and manage a network of institutional, academic and industrial partners.
Supporting researchers in identifying and obtaining European funding.
Promote the positioning of researchers within expert groups and European bodies.
To lead awareness-raising and training activities on European research and innovation schemes.
To produce the indicators necessary for steering the European research strategy.
Coordinate European projects
Ensure the operational coordination of European programs in conjunction collaboration with the various departments of the institution.
Ensure the smooth flow of information between internal and external partners.
Contribute to the development and monitoring of funded projects.
Supervise administrative and financial monitoring
Participate in the development and monitoring of budgets for European projects.
Consolidate the budgets of European programs into the overall budget of the Directorate Department of Research and Innovation.
Ensure the administrative and financial compliance of projects.
Develop and maintain the document management tools and procedures related to European programs.
Managing the HRS4R approach
Coordinate the actions necessary to obtain and maintain the HRS4R label.
Facilitate the working groups involved in the process.
Ensure follow-up of action plans in conjunction collaboration with the relevant departments, particularly that of Human Resources.
Job requirements
Job requirements
Education : University Master's degree in business or engineering.
Experience : You have a minimum 3 year experience in managing, developing or coordinating European projects.
You are familiar with European research and innovation funding programs, notably Horizon Europe.
Experience in setting up European projects is a real asset.
SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of the European research and innovation ecosystem and European funding mechanisms.
Excellent writing skills in French and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum French level C1.
Minimum English level C1 is required.
Soft skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to create and develop a network.
Strong interest in developing partnerships and institutional representation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical, synthesis and persuasive mind.
