YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS
Join a team at the heart of research development
Within the Research and Innovation Department, you contribute to the administrative and financial management of research projects funded by national and European partners.
As a key interface between research teams, back office and funders, you will monitor the budgets of projects, assist project leaders in the financial preparation of applications and ensure the proper administrative and financial management of research partnerships.
Your daily tasks:
Supporting the administrative and financial setup of projects
Drafting budgetary and financial framework notes related to calls for projects;
Supporting project leaders in building their budget;
Verify the conformity and completeness of administrative and financial files;
Ensure compliance with internal procedures for validating and transmitting documents.
Ensuring administrative and financial monitoring of research projects
Perform financial monitoring and monthly reporting of projects in conjunction with the Finance and Human Resources teams;
Prepare and coordinate the reporting of expenses to funders in compliance with contractual deadlines;
Manage time sheets and project management tools;
Ensure the administrative follow-up of agreements and projects;
Support operational coordinators in managing their projects.
Participating in the budget monitoring of the Research and Innovation Department
Contribute to the preparation of the RID's annual budget;
Ensure budget monitoring and monthly reporting;
Participate in the analysis of discrepancies and the consolidation of financial data.
Job requirements
YOUR PROFILE
Master's degree in management, finance, management control, accounting or equivalent;
First experience in budget management, project management or financial management of funded schemes;
Professional level of English (minimum B1/B2);
Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Office suite.
Experience in the research environment, higher education, public funding or European projects environment would be appreciated.

Knowledge of project management tools.
